Facility

Our main building is 7500 square feet of refrigerated space and 600 square feet of office space.  This building is concrete and has excellent insulation compared to metal buildings.  It is fully painted inside with special paint designed for food grade coolers.  There is stainless steel on the walls to keep surfaces near shellfish as clean as possible. This building is refrigerated to 36F and has two Loading docks for semi trucks.

The processing room is in a metal building with 1500 square feet of space and refrigerated to 38F. It has two dock height unloading areas for the smaller box trucks. 

We also have 2500 square feet of agriculture buildings to store farming supplies and equipment. 

All work surfaces are stainless steel or aluminum.  We have concrete floors in all buildings to keep all surfaces as clean as possible.
